Bikini Body Ab Exercises - Exercises That Will Make You Lose Weight And Look Great On The Beach

Summer is nearly here. Whether you are suiting up for a quick getaway or undoing the damage of months of hibernation and lockdowns, here are three total body moves that will sculpt you head to toe, fast. These moves will help you shed fat and tone muscles for a perfect bikini body faster than you can say, kickbox.

The one-legged squat is one of the most effective exercises for total body toning.

Stand on one leg with your foot pointing straight ahead and the knee of the other leg a little bent. You can have your arms extended for balance or kept at your sides. Roll your shoulder blades back and keep your back in a straight line. Keep your weight centred over the ball of your foot, your upper body upright, and your head facing straight ahead.

Raise the non-supporting foot from the floor a little.

Lower to a squat position, keeping the knee of the supporting leg centred over the ball of the foot. Start with shallow squats and slowly move closer to the ground.

Repeat for 10 squats on each leg. Aim for three sets.

The double leg kick is an intermediate exercise.

Lying flat on your stomach, straighten and squeeze your legs together. Interlock your fingers behind your back.

Breathe out and kick your heels towards your buttocks, do this three times.

Inhale and raise your upper back, lifting your shoulders up, while straightening your arms and legs behind you. Lower your body. Repeat ten more times.

The plank is one of the best exercises for a strong stomach.

First, get into position: start in a high plank (aka push-up) position. Bend your elbows and rest your weight on your forearms instead of your hands. Your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles. Brace your stomach as if you were about to be punched. Hold in this brace for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Repeat 10 times.
