Using SinOrSlim
By using sinorslim.com, you agree to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
SinOrSlim provides free browser-based tools and general information intended to help with everyday recipe adaptation, including scaling recipes, converting measurements, comparing pan sizes, estimating recipe costs, finding ingredient substitutions and adapting oven instructions for air fryers.
You do not need to create an account or pay to use the current recipe tools.

Recipe Calculations Are Practical Starting Points
Conversions Can Vary
Some conversions are mathematical. Others depend on ingredient density, rounding, equipment, preparation method or normal cooking variation.
Substitutions Are Not Identical
Ingredient replacements may change flavor, texture, moisture, browning or rise and may not be suitable for every recipe.
Cooking Times Are Estimates
Ovens and air fryers differ. Converted temperatures and cooking times are starting points rather than guarantees of doneness.

Food Safety and Allergies
SinOrSlim does not determine whether food is safe to eat. Cooking temperatures and times produced by the tools are not a substitute for checking doneness or following appropriate food-safety guidance.
Where appropriate, check the internal temperature and condition of food and follow the instructions supplied with your appliance and any applicable food-safety guidance.
Ingredient substitution suggestions are not an allergy guarantee. Ingredients and branded products can contain allergens or be manufactured in environments where cross-contact occurs. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, check the specific product labels and other appropriate information before use.
Not Medical, Nutritional or Dietary Advice
SinOrSlim is a recipe utility website. Despite the name, it is not a weight-loss program, nutrition service or healthcare service.
